After each workshop or speaking gig I do, people come up to me and ask if I do one-on-one, or if I can come and help a friend of theirs or their staff.

In the past, this hasn’t been a possibility for me and I have requested that they come to a class or random workshop….BUT…. I have finally been able to open my doors to you!

I’m super excited to let you know that I am now the CEO of ‘Breathe and Be Mindful.’

This beautiful business allows you to access stress management in a variety of ways;

One-on-one Support

If you’re the DIY type but want occasional help getting started, our phone or Skype support service is for you. Book for a free consultation.

If you choose to continue with this service, one-hour consultations will be charged at $60 per hour.

Consulting Sessions

Whether for an hour or a day, we’ll sit down with you and your team to give you scientifically proven ways to manage your stress.

One and a half hour sessions are charged at $150. Day consultations and seminars are charged for 6 hours and are $600

Weekly Check-ins

Stay on track with regular check-in sessions. 5-week packages are ideal for implementing the stress management techniques and instilling them into every area of your life.

Each session is one and a half hours and is $150 per session

Onsite Seminars

Does your whole team need training? Let us come to your office or team building retreat and lead a seminar designed just for you.

Seminars run for 6 hours and are $600.

‘Breathe and Be Mindful’ is based in the beautiful town of Busselton, Western Australia.

Travel to surrounding towns within a 2-hour driving radius will incur travel fees of .50c per km.

 Travel to venues over 3 hours drive, fees will include overnight accommodation and travel fees.
