You may be wondering why I’m putting together a blog about healthy food places when I usually write about stress management? Well, I firmly believe that you need to take in the WHOLE body when you are on your healthy life journey and you have to make it work into your busy lifestyle. I can tell you all about Yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, meditation etc, but you need to find ways to put it into your daily life.
I have just about managed to do this, but I still really struggle eating well when I’m on the go. So I thought you may be also.
