Back To Basic Wheat Belt Tour

Do you feel as though you have lost control over your life?

Is time flying and you keep repeating the same old life patterns?

Are you struggling with illness or sleeplessness?

I am happy to announce I am doing a wheat belt tour in February and I would like to invite you to a 3 hour workshop to help improve these areas of your life. I have previously been a school teacher and out of necessity, due to long standing stress related illness, have had to completely change my life. I am now a 500 hour Yoga trained teacher with another year’s training in Yoga therapy for trauma, specialising in therapy for breast cancer. I have 2 books published about creating a relaxed lifestyle now, to prevent illness and stress in the future.

I have taught many workshops and retreats, and I would like to bring this knowledge to your town.

Firstly we will be chatting about how to de-clutter your homes and minds, then we will have a quick snack and move onto unwinding your beautiful body through restorative Yoga with large cushions and blankets, then I’ll guide you through an amazing guided meditation.

The dates are as follows:

17th Feb: Boddington Old School

18th Feb: Narrogin. 137 Federal Street

19th Feb: Wagin. CRC Rooms

20th Feb: Katanning Gallery (attached to library)

21st Feb: Lake Grace (TBA)

Time: 5pm – 8pm

I will only have 12 places available at each time, so please book your place as soon as you can.
