13 Mindful Apps for Kids.

Hi beautiful friends,

the school holidays are upon us again and I’m already seeing Facebook posts on how your children are driving you crazy.

To aid your pain, I have put together a list of Mindfulness Apps that you may like to download. I am not affiliated with any of these, so if they suck, please don’t blame me!

I am all for getting outside most of the time and creating memories, fun times and getting fresh air, but living in the real world, sometimes this just isn’t possible, so if they HAVE to play on screen, let’s give them something to engage their brains.

I have started creating this list for a few reasons.

One, because I was recently full-time relief teaching and I noticed how hard it was to find decent Apps to engage the children mindfully and with technology, so I am including these suggestions in a 10 week classroom program I’m designing,

and;

Two, I will include these in the list of resources for the upcoming ‘How To Create A Relaxed Home, 5-week online program.

If you want to know more about this program, here’s the link: http://bit.ly/CreateYourRelaxedHomeOct

The Early Bird Price finishes for this program on the 8th of October!

So, in no particular order, here’s the Apps I have compiled for you:

Colorfy – Coloring Book

Colortime.patterns

Mindful Gnats

OMG. I Can Meditate!

Take 10 Mindful Minutes

Mindfulness for Children

My Wellness Hub

Meditations By Victoria

Unmind – Mindfulness Game

Memorado Brain Training for Memory and Mindfulness

Wellbeyond Meditation for Kids

Lumosity

Brainwell – Free Brain and Memory Trainer

You may like to get back to me with the ones you’ve loved/hated/want put on the list?

With love and light,

Victoria

PS: You really don’t want to miss out on your chance to create a relaxed home, here’s the link again:
